Belongs to the program of national target for building new countryside – supporting in the manufacture development of the large sample field in 2015, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Urban Sewerage and Development Company (BUSADCO) has been implementing five major rural projects in Thai Binh province.

According to Mr. Hoang Duc Thao, General Director of BUSADCO, this is the irrigation canal system of grade I and type 3. BUSADCO will supply 7.2 billion VND of concrete components to make precast reinforced concrete irrigation ditches to implement in 5 rural communes in Thai Binh Province including: Hong Tien (Kien Xuong), An Thanh (Quynh Phu), Thuy Son (Thai Thuy), Dan Chu (Hung Ha), Hong Ly (Vu Thu). Besides, BUSADCO has also been implementing 15 projects of modernizing the ditches for other rural areas all over the country.
