There have been rarely companies always putting the interests of the workers as the frist prority as BUSADCO. In BUSADCO, everybody treats each other like hands and feet. Each of them is an emissary for environmental and trademark protection. And in the company, the most important is that everyone has a sense of being concerned, respected and considered as a part making the success of the company.
1. Salary, bonuses increased according to the arithmetic progression
I was lucky to directly take part in some union activities of BUSADCO. Due to these activities, we understood which factors helped BUSADCO to get the great success. All top leaders of the company often present in each activity. It is incredible that the salary and bonus are always raised from 5-20% during 11 years of operation and development in a state company as BUSADCO.

2. Leaders offering the birthday present to the staffs at their department
BUSADCO not only has continued raising the salary and bonus, but also maintaining a movement which not many companies in Vietnam could do. That is the leaders as well as key officers offer the birthday present to the staff in his department. The staff of the company shared that BUSADCO’s leaders have ways of encouraging the staff so deeply that everyone feels be moved and motivated to work, can contribute their dedication to the factory and company.

3. Date when the men being honored.
The innovative idea is an element that BUSADCO, especially the North Branch is always full. They have activities making employees enjoy, feel highly enthusiastic and excited, the spirit always excited. The most recent activity is the date for the men (annual September 9th) held by the North Branch of BUSADCO. On that day, all men working in BUSADCO are honored and well cared for by the women.
4. The Spring coming … to the green plant
Mr. Hoang Duc Thao - General Director who always respects the efforts and creativity of his colleagues, supports the spiritual activities for his workers. It confirmed that he had ambitions to build BUSADCO to be a strong unit of expertise, a breakthrough and innovation unit in science and technology as well as a creative unit in corporate union activities. Launching the movement of " Tree planting festival with one’s name” so that whenever the Spring comes, the plants can become more green and full of vitality, fall in line with reinforced concrete products is the best concretization for this opinion. Every individual of the North Branch selects his favorite tree, plants and puts his nameplate on the planted tree by himself.

5. Misfortune sharing
Busadco also has many ways to share with the workers/employees. Few Vietnamese enterprises/business can do so. Busadco is always side by side with employee’s family if unfortunately he gets serious sick or dies soon (by hiring his relative to replace him). This is really a human policy showing the mind/heart, level/stature of the highest leader, Labor Hero Hoang Duc Thao. And it also proves Busadco is really a Business for employees.
